Hey everyone!
I am starting a new weekly tradition on my blog to highlight women who are making a difference, leading the way, and standing out to their peers, clients, and/or followers. These will be a mix of people from my life, those in the community I am apart of, social media friends, and more.
The goal is to highlight these women and talk about the amazing lives they are leading. To let them know we see you. We see your hard work. We see you behind the scenes. We see the sacrifices you are making to not only improve yourself but bring others up with you along the way.
I hope you tune in each Wednesday through this year to see my Women Lead Wednesday picks. Hopefully going forward this will also include some video and maybe a live q&a or two.

The first “Women Lead Wednesday” spotlight is my dear friend, Michele Gantz. Michele is a mother, wife, and business owner (Southern Brew) in our small town, Lawrenceburg, TN. If that was not enough, she is also an active board member and interim director for Mainstreet, Lawrenceburg. Michele is ALWAYS working. Whether it be on events and goals for Mainstreet to raise money for improvements and historical preservation to the down town area, writing grants for community improvements, running her coffee and tea shop, helping other small businesses get their start in her mercantile store, to being a mom. How she does it all without letting anything slip through the cracks is beyond me! Michele, we see you and your hard work. We see your efforts to improve the historic down town area, your business entrepreneur mindset, your commitment to being the best mom and wife. You are the perfect fit for our first Women Lead Wednesday!
