I told y’all...
I knew it wouldn’t take long for a recipe or meal inspiration to be on the blog. There is nothing more that Blake and I enjoy than cooking and entertaining. We seriously are so lame we spent 6 months before we had Cooper playing ”Iron Chef” for fun after binge watching several seasons. Cooking is our hobby and something we have found that brings us closer together.
In the Martin House any championship game is a reason for celebration. Last night’s college football championship game was no exception. Blake had been looking for an excuse to make these after seeing them on TikTok, so he invited close family over for a small gathering to try them out.

Below are the ingredients that we used along with some helpful tips. Feel free to make them your own! We will definitely be adding more toppings next time. That is what makes them so fun.
Helpful Tips:
Do put aluminum foil or wax paper down on the table before laying everything out. That will make your life so much easier during clean up.
Lets be honest, the fresher the ingredients the better. All of the fresh ingredients like the pico, jalapeños, and cilantro went first. That’s what makes them so delicious.
Variety! Blake mixed it up by doing both pork and beef nachos. Everyone loved the options.
Use plates or don’t. LOL
Cooper, our two year old, would say they are best enjoyed eating them straight off the table. Others grabbed a plate so they could take them closer to the tv. That was my favorite part about this meal. It gave us options.
Make sure to share with us if you give them a try! We would love to see which toppings you add and how you make them your own.
With this easy clean up you will even have time for a nice red that pairs well. Sip and enjoy!
XOXO
