Avocado Lime Vinaigrette Dressing

Blake said this is one of his favorite things I have made, and I wouldn’t take that lightly.

This was a brand new recipe for me to try, so a little bit of live and learn went into it. But the end result was amazing! I’ll definitely be making more to also marinate meat with soon!

Ingredients ⬇️

1/2 Large Avocado

1 Garlic Clove Minced

2 Tablespoons Honey

4 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Pepper

1/4 Cup Cilantro

1 Teaspoon Cumin

Olive Oil to desired consistency

Throw it all in the blender. Mix adding olive oil in a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
