Cuban Stuffed Smoked Tenderloin šŸ”„


Blake did work this weekend on the smoker with his Dad while we visited for the weekend. They took a tenderloin, stuffed it with Swiss cheese, stoned ground mustard, deli ham, and zesty pickle spears all wrapped in bacon with a Memphis BBQ rub. 😯


Recipe Below ā¬‡ļø

4 lb. Tenderloin

6 Slices of Swiss Cheese

6 Slices of Deli Ham

6 Pickle Spears

Stone Ground Mustard

6 Slices of Bacon

Memphis BBQ Rub

Cooking Twine (to hold it all together)


To Cook šŸ”„

Smoke on 250 for 2&1/2 Hours or until internal meat temp is 145.
