Stuffed Chicken Breast


My take on Stuffed Chicken Breast based on what I could pull out of the fridge before shopping day. 😆 #momlife


Fun fact, some of my fave recipes have come from making it up as I go based on what I have in the kitchen. This chicken was no exception!


Everyone loved this last night, with Blake even saying it’s his fave chicken breast I’ve ever cooked. 😅


Easy, kinda quick, and delicious, you will want to save this recipe. 📌


Ingredients:

•chicken breast

•deli ham

•Swiss cheese

•fresh dill

•everything but bagel seasoning

•sweet and hot mustard

•yellow mustard

•Duke’s Mayo

•Dijon ground mustard

•Garlic

•Salt

•pepper

•parsley

•olive oil



Instructions:

•Preheat Over the 400

•Throw chicken in gallon zip loc bag with olive oil, salt, garlic, pepper, and parsley. Shake until chicken is well coated.


•Mix in separate bowl, 1/4 cup Mayo, 1/3 cup sweet and hot mustard, 1/4 cup yellow mustard, and 2 tbsp Everything But Bagel seasoning.


•Take chicken out of bag and split. (Watch video.)


•Layer mustard mixture, Swiss cheese, and ham inside of chicken. Use toothpicks if needed to secure ingredients inside of chicken breast.


•Place stuffed chicken breast in greased baking pan. Layer remaining mustard mixture on top, and they top it of by adding fresh dill on each breast.


•Cover and bake 55-60 minutes.
